About Andreu World
Andreu World developed from a small furniture factory that the then 17-year-old Francisco Andreu took over from his father in 1955. The home is Spain, but today the furniture is at home all over the world. It has paid off for the company that it has increasingly focused on design since the 1970s. Numerous awards testify to the outstanding design skills of designers such as Patricia Urquiola, Jasper Morrison, Javier Mariscal and Piergiorgio Cazzaniga.
The environment is also very close to Andreu World's heart. All the wood for the manufacturer's chairs, stools, armchairs or tables, for example, comes from controlled cultivation and is FSC-certified. And in other ways, too, the company has taken environmental protection firmly to heart and sees it as part of the bigger picture. The company wants to be a leader in terms of design, quality and service.
The Spanish manufacturer, which has its headquarters near Valencia, specialises in particular in seating furniture such as chairs, armchairs or stools. People all over the world now sit on Andreu World furniture - from Australia to the USA, from Europe to Asia. Quite impressive for a company that once started out as a regional cabinetmaker's shop.
