For Standard Delivery, the shipping time within Germany (mainland only) is 1-3 business days for parcels and 2-6 business days for pallets from the date of dispatch. The goods will be dispatched on working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national bank holidays) after completion of the Order-Check if ordered with credit card (Visa or Mastercard), pay later, Payment in advance or Cash on delivery. If you pay in advance or via Buy now, the goods will be dispatched as soon as we have received your payment. For Premium Delivery, the goods will be dispatched on the same day providing the order check is completed before 2 pm and paid by the abovementioned payment methods, or in case payment in advance was selected after your payment is received.

If the goods are not in stock, we will dispatch your order by Standard Delivery on the first working day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after receipt of the goods in our logistics centre.
