About nordlux

The manufacturer nordlux was founded in 1977 and is based in Aalborg, Denmark. From the very beginning, the aim has been to offer attractive luminaires at an affordable price. The company relies on its own designs, but also combines them with products brought in from outside.

Although nordlux is a Danish supplier, it has operations all over the world. The main sales areas are Scandinavia, Germany, France and England. In total, more than 35 countries are supplied. Its design has been very well received everywhere, and recently even in China.

The shipping time for Premium Delivery within Germany (mainland only) is 1-2 business days for parcels and 1-4 business days for pallets from the date of dispatch. For Standard Delivery, the shipping time within Germany (mainland only) is 1-3 business days for parcels and 2-6 business days for pallets from the date of dispatch. The goods will be dispatched on working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national bank holidays) after completion of the Order-Check if ordered with credit card (Visa or Mastercard), Buy now, pay later, Payment in advance, Cash on delivery, PostFinance Card or PostFinance E-Finance payment methods. If you pay in advance, the goods will be dispatched as soon as we have received your payment. For Premium Delivery, the goods will be dispatched on the same day providing the order check is completed before 2 pm and paid by the abovementioned payment methods, or in case payment in advance was selected after your payment is received.

If the goods are not in stock, we will dispatch your order by Standard Delivery on the first working day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after receipt of the goods in our logistics centre. The goods will be received in our logistics centre within the period specified in the product sheet on our website (e.g. "Dispatch within approx. 1-2 weeks"). Please note that your goods will be dispatched after the order check has been completed and payment has been received. The shipping time within Germany (mainland only) is 1-3 working days for parcels and 2-6 working days for pallets from the date of dispatch. If the expected delivery date falls on a Sunday or national bank holiday, the delivery will be postponed to the next working day. Saturdays are only considered working days when a package (not a pallet) is shipped. Bank transfers can take 1 to 3 business days until the payment is received. WK=Week, WD=Working days
