The Stuttgart-based luminaire manufacturer can look back on a long and successful company history. Founded in 1911, the manufactory Steng Licht is still run as a traditional family business - meanwhile in the fourth generation.
The internationally active manufacturer produces high-quality design luminaires and lighting systems with great success. All products are produced exclusively in Germany. The lamps are often the company's own creations, the design of which is in many cases the responsibility of managing director Peter Steng himself.
Some of the articles are created in cooperation with external designers such as Henk Stallinga, Stefanie Hering or the e27 team. These cooperations ensure even more stylistic diversity in the designer lamps, which further increases the attractiveness of the range. Numerous design awards prove the success of this concept.
In production, the company combines traditional craftsmanship and many years of experience with state-of-the-art manufacturing technology, as available in the supplier's workshops.
