The developments of the coronavirus are causing uncertainty and raising questions.

We have adapted very well to the current situation. That's why our warehouse is full to bursting. Your orders will be shipped quickly and reliably.

In our logistics centre, work is carried out around the clock in a strictly separated shift system, so that the dispatch of goods is guaranteed. In order to keep the risk of infection as low as possible, it is currently not possible to collect the goods from the logistics centre yourself until further notice.

Our store in Düsseldorf will be open again for you from the 15th of June by appointment on +49 211 / 781 707 - 210. We can only permit entry without an appointment if a specialist consultant is available. In order to keep the risk of infection as low as possible, our store will remain temporarily closed to the general public.

In order to offer you an even better service, the store staff will reinforce the telephone consultation service. You can reach them as usual 7 days a week until 9pm at +49 211 / 781 707 – 210.

Indicated delivery time from date of dispatch. The goods will be dispatched on the next working day if ordered with buy now - pay later, Pay now., credit card, cash on delivery, PostFinance Card, PostFinance E-Finance or iDeal payment methods. If you pay in advance, the goods will be shipped as soon as we have received your payment. For premium delivery, the shipment will be made on the same day providing the order is placed before 2pm and with the mentioned payment methods, or after your payment is received if payment in advance was selected . The articles remain reserved for an additional 5 days from the order date.

Shipment will take place one working day after receipt of goods at the logistics centre and with a booked payment. If the end of the delivery time falls on a Sunday or bank holiday, it is postponed to the next working day. Saturdays are only considered working days for parcel shipments. Bank transfers can take 1-3 working days from the time the transfer is submitted until payment is received. For items that are currently arriving or are not available, the approximate delivery time will apply from the next working day after placing the order depending on the selected payment method. As soon as the the item is available in the logistics centre it will be dispatched on the next working day. WK=Week, WD=Working days
