a) For items marked, "Immediately available", the delivery time within Germany is approx. 1-3 working days (parcel) or approx. 1-5 working days (pallet) from the date of dispatch. For items that are currently arriving or are not available, the approximate delivery time will apply from the next working day after the order depending on the selected payment method. Shipment will take place on the next working day after ordering if payment is made via buy now, pay later, bank transfer, credit card, cash on delivery, PostFinance Card, PostFinance E-Finance or iDeal. If payment is made in advance, the goods will be dispatched as soon as we have received the payment. A bank transfer can take 1-3 working days from the time the transfer order is submitted until payment is received. For items that are currently arriving or are not available, shipment will take place one working day after the item is available in our Logistics Centre, depending on the selected payment method. If shipment is due on a Sunday or public holiday, it will be postponed to the next working day. Saturdays are only considered working days for parcel delivery.
