We show you the delivery time of items according to the traffic light system. In many cases there is a green light. This means that the item can be delivered very quickly.
Please be aware that the delivery times shown are approx. delivery times. As we depend on the manufacturer’s delivery time for items not held in stock the delivery times shown can fluctuate due to availability. Thank you for your understanding.
Tip: order on time. We can store your goods for free until the required delivery date (max. 6 months).
Important: in general, the longest delivery time will apply for orders containing items with different delivery times. This is to avoid additional shipping costs. We usually ship your order in one delivery. A partial delivery of the items already in stock is possible for an additional fee.
All stock items are available for delivery immediately and are marked with a green hook symbol.

Items that we do not have in stock are marked with different colours. These items are ordered from the manufacturer and are therefore dependent on the availability of the manufacturers. Therefore we can only provide an estimate of the delivery time in these cases.

| The shipping time for Premium Delivery within Germany (mainland only) is 1-2 business days for parcels and 1-4 business days for pallets from the date of dispatch. For Standard Delivery, the shipping time within Germany (mainland only) is 1-3 business days for parcels and 2-6 business days for pallets from the date of dispatch. The goods will be dispatched on working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national bank holidays) after completion of the Order-Check if ordered with credit card (Visa or Mastercard), pay later or Payment in advance. If you pay in advance or via Buy now, the goods will be dispatched as soon as we have received your payment. For Premium Delivery, the goods will be dispatched on the same day providing the order check is completed before 2 pm and paid by the abovementioned payment methods, or in case payment in advance was selected after your payment is received. | ||
