We look forward to welcoming you to our store in Düsseldorf after making an appointment by phone +49 211 / 781 707 - 210! If you do not make an appointment beforehand, we can only allow entry if a consultant is available. In order to keep the risk of infection as low as possible, our store will remain temporarily closed to the general public.

Hygiene concept in our store

Your health and the well-being of our employees, their families and our business partners is our top priority. Even in these difficult times of the Corona pandemic, we would like to offer you the service you are used to and provide you with a safe shopping experience. This is why we have implemented extensive precautionary and hygiene measures and carefully follow the rules of the Corona Protection Ordinance of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and the local health authorities. To this end, our employees have received detailed safety training and procedures have been specifically optimised.

Throughout the store, it is mandatory to wear a face mask. In addition, a dispenser for hand sanitising is available for you at the entrance. Furthermore, we have installed floor markings that guide you through the aisles at a distance of 2 metres from each other.

We have also reduced the number of our consultation spaces so that the minimum distance is generously maintained. No more than two adult customers and one consultant may attend a consultation appointment. Plastic panels between the consultant and customer provide additional protection during your consultation.

All contact surfaces, display items, the payment machine and our sanitary facilities are cleaned and disinfected several times a day and regular ventilation with fresh air is ensured.

Shipment will take place one working day after receipt of goods at the logistics centre and with a booked payment. If the end of the delivery time falls on a Sunday or bank holiday, it is postponed to the next working day. Saturdays are only considered working days for parcel shipments.
